Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the STOAIX platform and website operated by STOAIX Ltd ("STOAIX", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using our Services, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Services
STOAIX provides an AI-powered receptionist platform including voice AI, WhatsApp automation, chat widgets, and lead management tools for healthcare clinics and other businesses. Features available to you depend on your subscription plan.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Notify us immediately at hello@stoaix.com if you suspect unauthorised access. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Services for any unlawful purpose.
- Send spam, unsolicited communications, or engage in deceptive practices.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt the platform.
- Impersonate any person or entity.
- Use the Services to process data of individuals without a lawful basis under applicable data protection law.
4. Subscriptions and Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension of your account.
5. Free Trial
We may offer a free trial period. At the end of the trial, you will be asked to provide payment details to continue. We will not charge you without your explicit consent.
6. Intellectual Property
STOAIX and its licensors retain all intellectual property rights in the platform. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Services without our written permission. You retain ownership of data you input into the platform.
7. Data Processing
Where you use STOAIX to process personal data on behalf of your clients, you act as a data controller and STOAIX acts as a data processor. Our Data Processing Agreement, available on request, governs this relationship and forms part of these Terms.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, STOAIX's total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
9. Warranties
The Services are provided "as is". We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet any specific performance criteria. We will endeavour to maintain 99.5% monthly uptime.
10. Termination
You may cancel your account at any time from your dashboard. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately for material breach of these Terms. On termination, your data will be deleted within 90 days.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms. We will notify you of material changes via email with at least 14 days' notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
